Every Goose Rocks Designs product is made by hand. We cut, drill, and tumble our glass, and cut, drill, and form all our frames. The subtle differences among our wind chimes reflect our unique handcraft process.

The left side of the above photo is our glass processing room. The blue bowls are the tumblers we use to frost and polish the glass we use in our wind chimes. The right side of the photo is our assembly room. Those yellow bins are where we store the glass pieces, and if you look closely at the right side of the photo you can see a rack of finished wind chimes waiting to be packed.

Each Goose Rocks Designs chime comes in a corrugated box packed in water-soluble biodegradable material made from vegetable starch. We include a brass cup hook in every box, and sell replacement pieces should they be required.

All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Ground shipping charges are $7.50 for sales of $.01 to $33.00, and $8.50 for sales of $33.01 to $74.99. For sales of $75.00 and up, ground shipping is free. Maine residents are subject to 5% sales tax.
